Visitors may enter starting at 15:00. (Due to the nature of the festival, if you do not arrive at your assigned seats by 18:00, entry and refunds will not be allowed.)

[Wheelchair Accessible Seating Purchase Guide]
Booking Method: Wheelchair accessible seats can only be reserved by phone through Customer Service (1544-1555)
Companions: Companions must purchase their tickets through the standard booking process.
Entry: These seats are strictly reserved for wheelchair users, who must enter through the designated wheelchair gate.
Seating: Please note that separate chairs are not provided in the wheelchair seating area.
Restrictions: Non-wheelchair users cannot use these seats, and entry may be restricted on-site.

［Busan Resident Discount Information］
- Please make sure to apply the Busan Resident Discount at the time of booking.
Discounts cannot be applied or refunded on-site after purchasing a ticket at the regular price.
- Tickets purchased with the Busan Resident Discount can only be collected at the NOL Ticket On-site Ticket Booth on the event day for address and identity verification. (Advance delivery is not available.)
- Up to 4 tickets per person may be purchased. The purchaser and all accompanying ticket holders must visit the ticket booth together and present valid identification and proof of Busan residency to receive their tickets.
Accepted Documents:
- Foreign nationals must present an Alien Registration Card (ARC) or a Domestic Residence Report Card showing a Busan address.
- If you fail to provide the required proof of eligibility, you must pay the price difference to the regular ticket price before your ticket can be issued.
- The on-site ticket booth is expected to be very crowded on the event day. The organizer and ticketing platform are not responsible for delays caused by identity verification or waiting lines. Please allow sufficient time before the event begins.

［Regular Ticket(No Sale)］
- Advance Ticket Delivery: Available for bookings completed by October 11 (Sun).
(Tickets will be shipped sequentially starting October 12.)
- On-site Ticket Collection: Bookings made from October 12 (Mon) must be collected on-site only.
Proxy Collection Available:
*A representative may collect the ticket on your behalf by presenting a copy of the purchaser＇s ID(valid identification) and the booking confirmation.

［Busan Resident Discount Ticket］
- On-site Collection Only (Advance delivery is not available.)
- Proxy Collection and Ticket Transfer Are Not Permitted :
The purchaser (who must also be the attendee) is required to collect the ticket in person and attend the event.

［Required Documents for On-site Collection］
1) Booking Confirmation (mobile or printed copy)
2) A physical photo ID of the purchaser (showing a Busan address)
- Accepted IDs : Resident Registration Card, Driver＇s License, Passport, Youth ID Card, Government24 Mobile ID
- If your ID does not show a Busan address:
You must present both a photo ID and a Resident Registration Certificate issued within the last 3 months.

*IDs without a photo (e.g. credit cards, student IDs, library cards) or a Resident Registration Certificate presented alone cannot be accepted for identity verification.
*If you fail to present the required documents or your eligibility cannot be verified, you must pay the difference to the regular ticket price before your ticket can be issued.
Failure to pay the price difference will result in denial of entry.
