2. CS Inquiry for Global Reservation Verification Issues
If you encounter errors or have trouble verifying your fanclub membership in the NOL World Reservation (Global) page, please contact NOL Customer Support.
- [Required Information] When submitting a CS inquiry, please provide your accurate NOL World ID (email), FANS ID (email), Membership Information (specify the artist), and Membership Number.

Any fan club member found to be involved in illegal ticket transactions will face immediate disqualification from Membership and will be banned from joining future membership terms.
