Please make sure to double-check the instructions in advance to avoid any disruption or disadvantage prior to attending the concert.

※ Some seats may have partially obstructed views due to on-site technical equipment and stage production elements such as consoles, structures, devices, cable lines, cameras, and other venue installations. Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged on the day of the concert for reasons related to obstructed views. Please take this into consideration when making your reservation, and we kindly ask for your understanding.

※ Photosensitivity Symptoms
- Photosensitive epileptic seizures may manifest as various symptoms such as dizziness, hallucinations, facial or eye twitching, limb spasms, loss of sense of direction, confusion, or temporary loss of consciousness. Falls due to a seizure or loss of consciousness may result in injury. Please be mindful of this while attending the concert. If you experience any of these symptoms, immediately stop watching and seek assistance from nearby staff.

※ Identity Verification
To prevent ticket scalping and illegal transfers, identity verification will be conducted on-site.
ID verification will begin 6 hours before the show at a designated area.
Please arrive at the venue early to complete the identity verification and receive your entry wristband before the performance begins.(Verified attendees will have their wristbands put on by staff.)
1. If you receive your tickets in advance visit the identity verification booth.
2. If you need to pick up your ticket on-site visit the on-site ticket pickup booth.
- If you purchased 2 tickets per person, the purchaser must bring a valid photo ID and the reservation details, and both attendees must be present together to collect the tickets and entry wristbands.
- Even if you are holding a ticket, entry will be denied if your ID does not match the name under which the ticket was reserved. Please ensure you bring a designated valid photo ID that matches the reservation name.
- Each attendee must have one ticket and an entry wristband to enter the venue. Wristbands issued after identity verification cannot be reissued under any circumstances (including damage, loss, or theft). Entry will not be permitted without both a valid ticket and wristband, so please take care to keep your wristband safe.

※ If you cancel before 11:59:59PM(KST) on the day of your purchase, you can get a full refund including the fee. Please note that the fee will not be refunded for subsequent cancellations.

※ To prevent unauthorized third-party’s usage, reservations can only be made with a verified account. Please make sure to complete identity verification before membership authentication and ticket reservation. (For users of the Korean booking page, please also check the validity period of your identity verification.)
※ PLLI MEMBERSHIP users who wish to participate in the Presale must complete the verification process on the booking page during the designated period.
※ For bank transfers, payment must be completed by 11:59PM (KST) on the day of reservation to avoid cancellation. (Unpaid bookings will be canceled.)
