-If the information entered is inaccurate, you may be denied ticket collection or hotel check-in on-site.-Tickets for this package must be used by the purchaser in person, and transfer or proxy collection is strictly prohibited.
-Hotel accommodation can only be used if the purchaser personally checks in. Minors may only stay with their legal guardian.
-In accordance with the concert organizer’s policy, cancellations, changes, or refunds requested by the customer will not be accepted after the reservation has been completed.
