Additional guests are not permitted for the Standard, White Event, and Walking Special plans.

The surcharge is 20,000 won per person (30,000 won on weekends and specific dates),

and additional bedding costs 10,000 won—same for overnight stays and day use.

Long-term absences are prohibited during day-use stays.

Shared accommodation with three or more people is strictly prohibited (infants and children are not permitted).

Parking is available upon check-in (parking is not available for the Walking Special or White Event rates).

- Advance parking is strictly prohibited!! Room cancellations are not permitted for this reason, so please be sure to comply.

Late check-out is charged at 10,000 won per hour, and if it exceeds 3 hours, the rate will be converted to the hourly rate.

ID verification is mandatory, and check-in may be denied if the name on the reservation does not match.

SOCAR vehicles are not permitted in the parking lot.

If you wish to stay for multiple consecutive nights, please contact us in advance to receive a new rate based on our policies. (A minimum additional charge of 20,000 won per night applies.)

Pets are not allowed! Room cancellations are not permitted for this reason.

Check-in is available until 3:00 AM the following day; check-ins after this time will be treated as a no-show.

One parking space is provided per room; parking for additional vehicles costs 30,000 won per vehicle.

Parking is not available for reservations made under the “Walking” option.

Parking is strictly prohibited for rooms booked under the “Walking Special” or “White Event” rates; we kindly ask for your understanding regarding this matter.

Parking may not be available for SOCAR vehicles.

To ensure smooth parking arrangements, we would appreciate it if you could leave your car keys at the front desk.

We have a total of 8 parking spaces available.

Admission is restricted to those born in 2005 or later, so please be sure to bring your ID when checking in.

Please note that entry will be denied if you do not have your ID. (Please also note that if you present an ID with a name different from the one on your reservation, entry may be denied and no refund will be issued.)

Soho Hotel prohibits all pets, with the exception of guide dogs for the blind.

If a pet is brought in without permission, refunds will not be issued and check-in will be denied; in the event of a violation, cleaning fees and compensation for lost business may be charged.

Due to COVID-19 social distancing measures, there are restrictions on the number of guests per room.

Cancellations and refunds due to exceeding the occupancy limit are not permitted.
