I spent a peaceful time in a quiet, well-maintained traditional hanok house. Breakfast was served as neat Korean dishes, and separately at the cafe I enjoyed the tranquil morning air and listened to mountain birds while relaxing. The moment when the various birdcalls at dawn wake you from sleep will likely remain a memorable impression.

Gurume, the first traditional resort in Korea, is a new name for Korea's leisure culture. Gurume has transformed old houses at risk of being lost into spaces where life breathes. We invite you to 7 traditional hanok houses where the architectural beauty of traditional hanok meets modern convenience. The 7 old houses consist of a total of 11 guest rooms, including 4 detached houses. Each room provides comfort with a modern bathroom and toilet, and an indoor temperature control system, while advanced security systems ensure privacy and safety for each room.
