Co-ed accommodation is prohibited for minors (under 19 years of age), both male and female (including cases where some are adults), due to concerns about public indecency.

If anyone refuses to present their resident registration card when requested to verify that they are under 19 years of age, they will be denied access to the guest room.

Minors under the age of 19 may check in upon submission of a consent form signed by a legal guardian (such as a parent).

Please store valuables at the front desk; the hotel assumes no liability for valuables not stored there,

in accordance with Article 152 of the Commercial Act.

Photography and video recording inside the hotel are prohibited; violators will be asked to leave and are not eligible for a refund.

We respectfully refuse accommodation to guests who engage in drinking, loud noise, gambling, or similar activities.

Bringing flammable items (such as portable gas burners) into guest rooms or holding events involving candles is prohibited.

Guests will be held liable for damages caused by throwing objects in the room (e.g., TV, furniture, appliances).

When leaving the hotel, you must present your room key. Only then will you be allowed to access your floor.

The front desk does not issue elevator keys.

Deliveries (excluding foods with broth) must be picked up at the PICK UP ZONE next to the front desk on the 4th floor.

Guests who need a cell phone charger may pick one up at the front desk.

This notice is posted at the 4th-floor front desk and inside the elevator, so please be sure to familiarize yourself with it.

You must have your room key with you and~~inside the elevator~~ tap your room key on the black rectangular sensor~~

and press the corresponding floor button~~ for the elevator to move.

When leaving the hotel, you must always keep your room key with you.

Only then will you be able to return to your floor.

The front desk will not scan your room key for the elevator.

No outsiders are permitted in guest rooms. The occupancy limit is two people per room; exceeding this limit is strictly prohibited. If an excess number of occupants is detected, you will be asked to vacate the room and will not be eligible for a refund.

When checking out, you must return your room key to the tray in front of the elevator on your floor or to the front desk on the 4th floor. (A fee of 20,000 won will be charged for lost or damaged room keys.)

Takeout food (excluding dishes with broth) must be picked up at the “Delivery Pickup Zone” next to the front desk on the 4th floor.

Fri: Check-in after 6:00 PM; check-out by 12:00 PM.

Early check-in incurs a fee of 10,000 won per hour. Payment must be made in advance.

Check-in times may vary by booking site, so please be sure to confirm.

Contactless self-service kiosks are available at check-in.

Children may stay with their parents (however, one child aged 3 or younger stays free).

Room rates and occupancy are based on two guests per room (no additional guests allowed).

If the room is occupied by more than the maximum capacity, no refunds will be issued and guests will be asked to check out.

In accordance with Article 10 of the Act on the Conservation and Recycling of Resources, the free provision of disposable amenities will be prohibited starting March 2024; they will be available for purchase.

To park for free, you must complete self-parking registration at the Front Desk on the 4th floor.

If you leave the parking lot and return during check-in, you must re-register to continue parking for free.

If you leave the parking lot without completing self-parking registration on the tablet PC at the 4th-floor front desk, you will be responsible for the parking fee; therefore, please be sure to complete self-parking registration.

Due to the nature of the hotel building, please use the public parking lot if the hotel parking lot is full.

(Parking fees at the public parking lot are not covered.)
