Thank you for treating us kindly even though we checked in late. The room condition was good and it was quiet, which I liked.

Great value for money~~~!!!! The place was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was decent.

After spending a pleasant day with my family at Everland, we checked in late at night, but this became the most unpleasant and upsetting memory of the trip. The next morning, when I went to wash up, I found an actual cockroach in the bathroom. Shocked and grossed out, I looked around the room and bathroom area and found numerous "cockroach bait traps" hidden here and there. When we complained at checkout, the hotel excuse was, "We placed them as a preventative measure because the area is mountainous," and they said sorry in what sounded like an excuse, promising to check and get back to us. A week passed with no contact. Finally, I called them, and they only gave formulaic answers like, "We hired a professional company to do pest control," and "We will be more careful in the future." This is not something that can be brushed off by saying they are doing pest control. The fact that so many traps were already placed around the room corners is evidence the hotel knew cockroaches had been appearing in that room on an ongoing basis, isn't it? I feel deeply betrayed and disappointed that they sold a room to guests while concealing that it was a problematic room. This incident caused significant stress for my family. Worried that there might have been eggs on the clothes in our suitcase, we had to take all the clothes that were in the travel bags to the laundromat as soon as we got home. I am angry that because of the hotel's negligence we had to endure this discomfort and incur additional costs. I am deeply disappointed by the irresponsibility of giving us a problematic room and by their service attitude of promising to contact us first but ignoring us for a week. Their handling ruined the pleasant memories from Everland. I am leaving this review with photos of the traps in the hope that others will not suffer the same. I will never want to visit again.

It was a pity I couldn't use the facilities because I arrived late. I slept like a log and rested well.

I personally had the worst experience. A cockroach appeared in the room while we were having a late-night snack and we were very shocked. My wife almost cried... I was also not impressed with the follow-up from the front desk. It felt like the two staff members were not communicating well. Because of that, we went back and forth between the 1st and 16th floors many times. I'm usually easygoing so I let it go, but I nearly lost my temper at one point. Even so, the reasons I still gave a 5-star rating are: 1. Although communication was poor, both staff sincerely apologized and did their best, especially the female staff member. 2. The cockroach looked very large, about 3–4 cm, and very dark, so it seemed like a sewer/drain cockroach rather than a problem with the room's cleanliness.

It was clean, friendly, and nice. It was great because it was close to Everland and Caribbean Bay~
