Cheonan Riun Motel

I leave feeling well rested and satisfied.

This was truly the worst of the worst. They gave me the 5th floor so I thought at least a higher floor might be ordinary or good, or at worst bad, but it was shocking. First, the entrance to the property and the elevator are very small!! There is also a strong smell!! It smells like a rural senior center;; The room I booked (room 506) looked nice in the photos, but it was completely different. The bed was extremely hard, like a stone bed... even the room floor was bumpy as if it had been cheaply papered;; The floor was cold so I turned up the heater, but after an hour or several hours it was still a cold floor... When I showered before sleeping and tried to shower again the next morning before checkout, the water pressure was terrible and the hot water would come and then switch to cold every five seconds... When I tried to squeeze toothpaste to brush my teeth and opened the cap, there were dirty-looking stains around the opening as if someone had used it in a filthy way... The shampoo came out diluted, like shampoo mixed with water... It felt gross so I stopped washing halfway and just left. This is the worst lodging I've experienced while traveling away from home. Ugh... There were many reviews and they seemed good, so I thought it was a good place at a good price; I regret booking it. Everyone else, please read this place's reviews carefully before you go. I couldn't take pictures inside the property, so at least I'm writing this review.

Manager, There were some hairs under the bed; if only this was cleaned it would be great!! Also it's nice and warm. The bathroom is clean!!!

The facilities are tidy, and I liked that convenience stores, popular restaurants, and street food stalls were nearby.

It was warm and comfortable to stay! I liked that I could turn the floor heating on myself. The place was clean so I was able to rest comfortably.

The owner is very kind. They took care of various things; they may seem small, but the service was excellent haha.

The floor is warm, but cold drafts whistle in through the window. It feels like an easy way to catch a cold.

They were kind and I had a good stay.
