This is a place you should go to only if you have no expectations other than the price. Cleanliness, facilities, and service are all at the lowest level. When you turn on the bathroom light, the exhaust fan makes a very loud noise, and even with all the lights off there is a loud humming resonance. When I asked the front desk, they said they had never had a complaint like this and that there was no problem. With a heavy body and head I went out into the hallway in the morning, and the sound was even louder there.. This is not a problem in a single room but the condition of the entire building. There was dust and cobwebs all around the counter area.. Breakfast is just cereal and toast, and it was hard to eat.. The bathtub drains by itself. I will never come back~~~

In the morning, dragging my heavy body and head into the corridor, the sound was even louder there.. This is not an issue with a single room but a problem throughout the entire building. There is dust and cobwebs all around the front desk area.. Breakfast is cereal and bread, but I could not eat it for some reason.. The bathtub drain empties on its own. I will never come back~~~

👍🏻 I normally skip writing reviews because it's a hassle, but this place was so good I had to write one. It has been remodeled so it is clean, and out of the places I have stayed in recent years this was the most comfortable and quiet. I have stayed at many motels from high-end to budget, but noise between floors is not just an apartment problem. Even in paid motels, floor noise can be severe... voices from the next room, the sound of the next room's toilet flushing, etc. When I was traveling I couldn't sleep well and got extremely irritable, but Picasso Hotel is not like that at all! The owner seems to assign rooms with spacing in mind, so it was really, really quiet. I slept well ㅠㅠㅠ I will use it again next time👍🏻

The bed is firm, which is just my type. Hayri Village is nearby. Heating works well and there is a bathtub, good for a half-body soak. Above all, the price is very reasonable!! A great value-for-money place to stay.

I only slept there, but there were no problems.

Honestly, the facilities are not great; it feels very old.
