Due to hotel operations, we operate on an unmanned monitoring system from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM the following day, so front desk services are limited.

Please submit any requests before 10:00 PM. After that time, please contact the unmanned monitoring call center at 1800-8443, and we will answer your inquiries.

We will always do our best to ensure a comfortable and clean stay. We ask for your kind understanding if you experience any minor inconveniences.

During unstaffed hours, the kiosk near the 3rd-floor counter is equipped with chargers, bottled water, toiletries (toothbrushes, lotion, etc.), towels, tissues, and toilet paper. Please visit the kiosk to access these items via the automated system.

- The layout and configuration of furniture in guest rooms may vary slightly.

- Breakfast is not served.

- An additional fee of 10,000 won per person applies for exceeding the standard occupancy.

(The maximum occupancy includes infants and toddlers.)

- Adults (ages 8 and up): 10,000 won; infants (under 7 years old) are not charged an additional fee but are included in the total number of guests.

- Mixed-gender stays are not permitted for groups of 3 or more (except for families)

- For mixed-gender groups of three or more family members, a family register or family relationship certificate must be presented.

- Rates are subject to change during peak seasons, on specific dates, and on public holidays.

- For consecutive nights, weekend rates (Fri, Sat, Sun) apply, and a same-day stay fee will be added.

- Check-in is at 5:00 PM on weekdays and 6:00–8:00 PM on weekends. Check-out is at 2:00 PM on weekdays and 12:00 PM on weekends. (After check-out time, housekeeping staff will enter the room without prior notice to clean. Please adhere to the check-out time.)

- If you wish to check out late, please request an extension at least one hour before your scheduled checkout time.

- Extension fees must be paid in advance. (Payment after checkout is not accepted.)

- To avoid disturbing other guests, please keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM.

- Additional guests beyond the reserved number will be asked to leave immediately, regardless of the reason.

- Minors are not permitted (ID required at check-in).

- Pets are not allowed.

- Guests will be charged for any soiling, damage, or loss of facilities or furnishings.

- If bedding is soiled, you will be charged the purchase price of the same item, so please take care not to soil it.

- Moving furniture or damaging walls is prohibited (e.g., attaching party decorations).

- Due to the risk of fire, the use of any open flames is strictly prohibited (e.g., candles).

- Lost and Found: Unclaimed lost items will be held for up to two weeks before being disposed of.

Facing Black Hotel, please use the Nice Park parking lot in the Harmony Tower parking building on the left.

It is available 24 hours a day. You must register your license plate number at the front desk.

The parking lot in front of the building is available for short-term parking for up to 6 hours only. (Vehicle registration is required for use.)

Overnight guests should park at Harmony Tower.

If using the Nice Park parking lot, you must register your vehicle at the front desk upon check-in to receive free parking.

During unmanned operating hours (10:00 PM to 9:00 AM the following day), you must register your vehicle via the control system or the call center (1800-8443).

No refunds will be issued for fees paid for unregistered vehicles, so please be sure to register to avoid any issues.

These are the refund policies applicable to check-in.

One week prior: 100%

Three days prior: 50%

One day prior: 10%

No refunds for cancellations made after that.
