Suwon Station Design Hotel Khan is a hotel licensed and operating as an accommodation facility.
It is not a PC cafe, so high-spec games or tasks cannot be performed, and PCs are provided as an ancillary service in addition to the primary purpose of accommodation.

You can use the convenience store more conveniently than anywhere else at Suwon Station.

Party Room A (20 people)
Standard for 5 people (20,000 KRW for each additional person)
From 2025, karaoke (free) will be provided until 1 AM.
New songs for 2025 included, microphone may cut out depending on the song
Even if you book through the app, the reservation is confirmed only after a 100,000 KRW deposit is made in advance.
Deposit is non-refundable regardless of the deposit date
If the 100,000 KRW deposit is not paid, the property may allow duplicate bookings and choose the more favorable condition to cancel your reservation.
More than 1 car is not allowed.
Party Room B
Party Room B (8 people) From 2025, karaoke (free) will be provided until 12 AM.
Standard for 5 people (20,000 KRW for each additional person) (Max capacity 8-9)
Other conditions are the same as Party Room A.

Restroom Use Guide
1. Party Room A is located in the basement, so heating, cooling, and soundproofing facilities are perfect.
However, while the shower room has a bathtub and allows for showering or washing, the toilet is installed in the 1st-floor lobby due to the nature of a basement party room where multiple people need to use it simultaneously and for hygiene reasons.
Please note that this may be somewhat inconvenient.
2. Please be careful as you may be liable for compensation if any items are damaged after using the party room.
3. This is an accommodation facility, not a karaoke room, and karaoke use is provided as a service in the party room, so please understand that karaoke use hours are limited to ensure the sleep of other guests.
4. Please bring identification.
5. More than 1 car is not allowed.
