They upgraded my room, which was nice, but there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke and the pillow was yellowed. The cleanliness seemed lacking. Maybe acceptable if you are staying one cheap night, but that's about it.

There was hair from a previous guest on the soap, and the bathroom was unusable.
