I often stay here because it is near my business trip destination. It is very nice and clean.

I had a comfortable rest.

I was about to leave when a water pipe burst and water had come all the way into the shoe cabinet. My clothes and shoes got soaked in dirty water, and even when guests were leaving there was no apology or acknowledgement. I understand it was busy and chaotic, but guests were equally bewildered and yet no one spoke to us. My clothes and shoes were soaked in filthy water, the elevator was out of order, and I had to go down slippery stairs from the sixth floor, which delayed me by about 10 minutes. Not good.

Clean and nice. This time they gave me a room with a bathroom, so I was able to stay very comfortably.
