6 types of OTT services: Netflix, Disney+, Wavve, Tving, Watcha, Apple TV available for free in all rooms.

If the reservation name and visitor name are different upon arrival, check-in will be denied.

If the reservation name is an alias or nickname, and not a full name, check-in will be denied and cancellation/refund is not possible.

(The app is for non-face-to-face payment reservations. Please make sure to reserve with your real name.)

Check-in is not possible without an ID card. (Customers who find ID verification uncomfortable or inconvenient should not make a reservation.)

Physical ID card. Mobile ID card (However, only physical ID cards are accepted for those born between 2005 and 2007.)

Due to the creation of illegal pass apps driven by AI, only physical ID cards are accepted for those born between 2005 and 2007.

Foreigners are only allowed with a foreign registration card or passport.

The room capacity is 2 people. (Absolutely no entry for more than 2 people.)

Absolutely no alternating use of the room by more than 2 people upon initial check-in.

Infants, toddlers, and teenagers are not allowed to check in.

Minors are strictly prohibited from entering.

This establishment does not have a parking lot (parking not available for cars & motorcycles).

No PCs in any rooms.

Yeongdeungpo Hello uses integrated OTT services.

Netflix, Disney+, Tving, Watcha, Apple TV, YouTube, etc. are automatically logged in without the need for a personal account.

All rooms can be used comfortably.

Please note that cancellation and refund are not possible if OTT viewing is unavailable due to supplier maintenance. We ask for your understanding.

Customers who need disposable chopsticks and spoons can find them at the front desk. Please feel free to take them.^^

Due to frequent damage and loss of hair curlers and phone chargers, we have changed to a rental system for these items.

Customers who need a hair curler or charger can visit the 1st floor front desk.

They are available for free rental.

(Hair curlers and chargers must be returned to the front desk upon check-out.)

Charger types: C-type/iPhone charger (5-pin chargers are not available for rental.)

Also, lens cases and disposable spoons/chopsticks are provided for free at the front desk to those who need them!

Day Use. An additional fee will be charged for exceeding the check-out time.

A fee of 30,000 KRW will be charged regardless of the reason for exceeding the check-out time.

We ask for your understanding that an additional fee will be charged for exceeding the check-out time,

as this causes disruptions for the next guests checking in.

If you are using a vehicle, as there is no parking lot within the property, you must use a paid parking lot near the property.

(Absolutely no parking for cars, motorcycles, bicycles, kickboards, etc., inside the property.)

For the comfortable rest of our guests, if any loud noise, falsification of occupancy, or behavior violating the accommodation use guide occurs in the room,

forced eviction measures will inevitably be taken, so please be sure to follow the guidelines.
