2.Luggage Storage: We can store luggage such as suitcases at the front desk before check-in (only for guests checking in on the same day). Please note that valuable items are difficult to store.

3.Lost and Found: The hotel is not responsible for lost items not entrusted to the front desk. Lost items found after check-out are kept for a maximum of 1 month, and the hotel is not responsible for items not claimed within this period.

The spa and outdoor bathtub on the terrace are unavailable from December to February during winter to prevent freezing. Check-in is only possible after completing the mandatory safety rules agreement and consent form.

The terrace jet spa cannot be used after 12:00 AM. / Do not use bath additives when using the spa (bath additives can cause stains, contamination, and malfunction).

If you book and check in on the same day at a late-night discounted rate, the terrace jet spa will be unavailable. (Jet spa is sold at a discount due to insufficient time to prepare it at late hours.)
