I booked a place for my parents and they said they used it comfortably!! They liked it.

Everyone working here is extremely kind. Of all the places I've stayed so far, they were the friendliest. The room was very spacious and the bathtub was large, so the kids had a great time.

This is a cost-effective accommodation.

I use it every time I go to Sorae; the staff are always friendly and it's really nice.

Satisfied for the price. Spacious, clean, and nice. The female staff at the front desk is very kind. Her kindness elevates the hotel's quality.

1. Staff response and friendliness 2. Instructions about using the electric heated blanket and electric stove (a bit surprising but acceptable) 3. Strong bleach smell upon check-in, overall atmosphere was neat 4. Poor hygiene of bedding (holes and stains in the duvet, pillow yellowed) 5. Checked out in less than 30 minutes

Parking is a problem :( Everything else is good. The staff is friendly.

The breakfast is delicious and the staff are always friendly. I like it.
