Gongju Hotel Kai

I had a comfortable rest.

It was close to Sanseong Market and conveniently located for visiting nearby attractions, so it was very convenient. Thank you.

The exterior looks quite old, but it was clean and seemed to be taken care of every day. The smart TV supports most OTT services, which is great. The location is right in front of Gongsanseong, and the bakery famous for chestnut pies was very close by. The room was spacious and everything was good except the bathroom tiles were a bit messy.

It was a non-smoking room so there was no smell of smoke and it was clean, but the soundproofing felt a bit lacking. The owner was kind, and the elevator was small and the door opened and closed very slowly.

It was clean, there were many nearby restaurants, and it was nice.

The location is good for travelers.

I stayed two consecutive nights for a trip to Gongju. The staff were very kind, it’s close to the city terminal, clean, and everything was great! I plan to use it again next time.

Close to Gongsanseong and Gongju Sanseong Market, and convenient for walking to the Jemincheon walking path. There are many well-known convenience stores, restaurants, and bakery cafes nearby, which is nice. It’s not a newly built motel and the double room is small, but there was no cigarette smell in the room, and the room condition and cleanliness were good. The bathroom is very spacious, and hot water worked well. I asked the owner about breakfast service and was told they might have stopped it, but in the morning they provided breakfast bread and milk (brewed coffee was free), which I really appreciated. Thank you to the friendly lady owner. I rested well and left satisfied.

Clean and nice~~~

Located in Gongju’s old downtown, the cleanliness is exceptionally well maintained and the staff are friendly. It’s already known as a great place to stay, but I still recommend it.
