The terrace located on the mezzanine level of the 15th-floor rooms is off-limits for safety reasons.

Room cleaning and linen replacement for extended stays are available for a fee.

Breakfast is not provided.

Hair straighteners are not available for rent.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

Minors are prohibited from staying at the hotel by law.

However, stays may be partially permitted if relevant documents are presented.

Please send an email to master@elysiahotel.cafe24.com with the reservation holder’s name, check-in date, number of guests, and gender.

After verifying your reservation, the hotel will send you the Parental Consent Form for Accommodation.

Only the attached Parental Consent Form will be accepted.

These documents will be retained for 60 days and then destroyed in bulk. They will be verified at check-in and will not be used for any purpose other than verification in the event of an issue.
