Suncheon Pastel

I stayed two nights in a row^^ While I was sleeping they suddenly contacted me and said they had to disinfect so I had to leave by 2:00^^ The staff kept apologizing and said the owner had suddenly contacted them, then they apologized^^ Isn't the owner the one who should be apologizing?^^ Then they said the disinfection truck would come early and told me to leave at 1:00. When I asked how long it would take, they said they couldn't guarantee anything. Are you kidding me? I left at 1:00 and didn't come back until 5:00. The owner was at the counter so I asked why they didn't tell me when it would be finished, and they said they purposely didn't tell me so I would go back slowly because of the disinfectant smell? From 1:00 to 5:00 it's basically the same as paying for use by the hour. I paid for a two-night, three-day stay but it's like I lost money for hourly use on top of that. When I contacted customer service they only told their side and then cut off the conversation. I want everyone to know there was mold on the wall and a clear coffee stain on the floor. They said they would delete my review, go ahead and delete it — I'll copy and paste it anywhere like KakaoMap. Owner, don't write fake reviews with placeholder accounts to hide my review^^ Look at how poorly you are running the motel and please change.
