Jeonju Sanjeong-dong Tera

The owner who was there in the evening was friendly and the room was cleaner than I expected. The bathroom had a bit of limescale, but it wasn't bad. What I liked most was that they provided a treatment — that was really wonderful! These days many places don't have treatments at all ㅠㅠ Also, we stayed multiple nights and didn't ask for cleaning, but when we went out and came back the cleaning had been done. My boyfriend and I were very satisfied! I'm curious why the rating is 4.5 and why some people give one star — I wonder what they disliked. Everyone has different standards, but I definitely don't think this is a place that deserves one star. The air conditioning and TV worked well. The only slightly inconvenient thing was that the toilet and the shower are separate. The room was assigned randomly, and overall both the room and the shower were very spacious. The places where the toilet was separate were a bit small. On our last day, 30 minutes after checkout we were heading to another area and realized we didn't have the key card, so I called just in case. They found the card, contacted me right away, and when I went to pick it up they greeted me with a smile. Their kindness was 100. I'll probably stay here every time I visit Jeonju. Very satisfied!

There was a strong musty smell in the room and a severe mold odor. Room cleaning was insufficient. For those who don't mind these issues, it's good for the price.

We went to Jeonju over the holiday with the kids and had a really good rest. The owner was very kind and the staff were also very friendly, so it was perfect haha. The place was right as you enter downtown, so it was convenient for walking around.

The accommodation condition is very good. Parking is ample and the lobby is very pleasant. The owner is very kind, and above all the nearby Ajungcheon riverside road is very close, so it’s great for running.
