Notice Regarding Room Bedding Policies

If stains from wine, soup, hair dye, menstrual blood, etc., are spilled on the bedding after eating and cannot be removed,

we will charge a compensation fee of 30,000 to 50,000 won for the bedding.

This notice will be provided upon check-in.Please be advised that the facility’s terms and conditions apply from the moment you book via the app. If you need to verify the facts, you can check with our Customer Service Center. If stains are left unnoticed even after this notice, it is 100%

your fault. We strongly recommend careful use of the bedding.

Charges for soiled bedding are not included in the room rate.

The owner may claim compensation for any damage to or staining of the accommodation’s bedding and furnishings.

Please understand why we have included this in the terms and conditions.

This is a non-smoking mini-room. If we are unable to rent the room due to smoking, we will charge one day’s room rate.

We understand that your girlfriend may have stained the bedding with blood

during her menstrual period, but please be aware that we will seek compensation

if the stain is so severe that it cannot be removed through normal laundering. We appreciate your understanding.

For consecutive stays including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday holidays, we do not provide room cleaning,

but we provide an ample supply of towels and amenities.

All Mini Rooms are non-smoking.

Smokers, please do not make a reservation. Thank you.

If you are a smoker upon check-in after booking a Mini Room, your reservation will be canceled.

Smoking is not permitted in the bathroom even if you booked a non-smoking room.

Please be advised that if other guests in non-smoking rooms request a refund or room change due to smoking,

you will be held liable for compensation.

Members who fail to present identification after making a reservation cannot be considered to have a valid reason.

Minors are prohibited from entering.

Using another person’s ID may result in criminal prosecution.

For same-sex couples, entry is permitted if at least one person is an adult.

For opposite-sex pairs, entry is not permitted even if one person is an adult.

Allowing minors to enter secretly during the early morning hours after check-in

also violates the reservation terms and conditions.

We will hold you civilly liable if you enter the premises using a forged mobile ID.

Please be advised that the accommodation terms and conditions apply from the moment you make a reservation via the app.

Please read the accommodation guidelines carefully before making a reservation.

Cancellations made on the day of the reservation are non-refundable.

10% of the reservation price if canceled 1 day in advance

15% of the reservation price if canceled 2 days in advance

20% of the reservation price if canceled 3 days in advance

Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations made the day before a reservation for public holidays or Christmas Eve.
