I have booked accommodations through Yanolja for years, but I have never seen a place this dirty and messy! The moment I entered the room there was a heavy, stale cigarette smell and the bathroom walls and tub were covered in black mold! There were hairs on the bathroom floor and the bright red-rusted metal drain cover on the sink was the worst! As soon as we went in we came right back out and requested a cancellation from Yanolja, but we received only a dismissive reply saying it could not be canceled! The place had good reviews and we booked it suddenly for 50,000 won because of a relative's funeral, and it was truly the worst! I was even more angered that Yanolja said they could not manage or cancel this property and gave a thoughtless response about the company! I seriously doubt who posted those positive reviews, and I regret not taking photos of the room that day! I have never left a review like this before, but I am writing out of anger at the company and Yanolja's careless attitude! Honestly, when selecting a property many people rely on other guests' reviews and Yanolja's reputation... I was shocked to see such a place listed so blatantly! A staff member at the property said, "If you only paid 50,000 won, that's what you get; go to a hotel if you want better," which was outrageous! We also stay at five-star hotels on trips! We have used places that cost 50,000–70,000 won in the past, but we have never encountered anywhere this filthy! Yanolja, please manage your listings so places like this are not posted! That day we stayed at Songdo Urban Stay! It was so clean! Yanolja staff!!! Please properly manage properties and pay attention so guests do not suffer this kind of damage in the future! I consider the 50,000 won I paid that day thrown into the trash!
