The air conditioning is cool and there is no cigarette smell.
Comfortable room, the computer worked well, and it felt cozy.
The building was clean, the atmosphere was nice, and it had everything I needed. I liked it.
There is no parking lot or it is very small, so it was inconvenient. There is no elevator. We had to use the stairs up to the fourth floor.. The kiosk unmanned check-in system and ID verification were also a bit inconvenient.. I only used the room for a short stay and left. The room condition seemed okay, maybe recently remodeled, but the building itself looked old. It felt like an old family boarding house.. - This is my reply following the response to my review Please provide clearer guidance about parking from now on. When I called, I was told there was no parking space, and nothing else was specified. When I checked in there was only the kiosk, so guests were waiting in front of the reception. There were three groups including me.. Also, I had reserved both a short-stay and an overnight stay, then canceled the overnight. Although there was time left on the short-stay, I left after watching TV for about two hours because it felt like a waste, and then booked another place.
This was the cleanest of the places I've stayed at. The staff were kind and the supplies were very plentiful. I really recommend it.
We had a really fun time and rested comfortably before leaving.
There are no rooms this good nearby. It's clean and cool.
Parking is not available (public transportation is recommended).
However, parking is available when using Comfortable Room 2 (at the leftmost spot in front of the 1st floor restaurant or in the alley inside the hotel entrance).
Please park as close to one side as possible.

An additional charge of 20,000 KRW per person will be incurred if the number of guests exceeds the standard occupancy.
Not carrying an ID and cohabiting minors are strictly prohibited by law (entry is not possible without an ID).
ID verification is conducted even during self-check-in. If a guest is confirmed to be a minor or if ID theft is detected, immediate forced eviction and police reporting will occur without a refund.
For a safe and healthy accommodation culture, mixed-gender groups of 3 or more are absolutely not allowed (however, in the case of immediate family members, entry is possible with supporting documents such as a family relationship certificate).
We will charge 100% compensation for severe contamination of bedding due to hair dye, wine, food, etc., or for damage or theft of room amenities (gowns, chargers, etc.).
