Check-out is at 12, but I could hear loud room cleaning noises in the hallway from early morning, which was uncomfortable. At 10 they carelessly opened the door and came in, which surprised me. I was angry. I don't know how frightened a female guest would have been. If check-out is at 12, they should not give subtle hints before then or use a master key to open the door and come in. Isn't that basic and common courtesy?
