Since it's a newly opened property, it was clean and had a nice, upscale feel. However, because it's still early after opening, there are a few rough spots. Guests coming from around August 2026 will probably be able to enjoy it properly 👍
I went to the Bucheon area after a long time and stayed one night. Because it had opened not long ago, it was clean and the staff were friendly. The unexpected breakfast was hearty and delicious. However, there was a power outage a few hours after check-in on the first day. We were startled, and I felt sorry seeing the staff frantically handling the situation. Still, they recovered quickly, so it was resolved without major issues. The staff were probably more shocked than the guests. / I give 5 stars ^^ If I come to Bucheon again, I'll stay here again.
The staff were friendly and it was very clean, which I liked.
First, the front desk staff are incredibly kind. Since it's newly opened, it seems to be the most pleasant and clean place near Sangdong. The water pressure is so strong it felt like it could pierce your skin.
For this price, this quality... the value is unreal.. The room facilities are very clean and the breakfast is tidy too. It's a shame I couldn't use the sauna, but I'll come back to use it.
It hasn't been open long, so overall everything was really clean and well maintained, and I stayed feeling great. The staff were friendly from start to finish, which made the stay even more comfortable. I came to rest my tired body, took a half-bath in the large bathtub, and relaxed fully in the cozy, quiet room. Thanks to that, my body and mind both felt refreshed. I will definitely visit again when I need rest. Thank you. 😊 The photos are exactly the same~ I like the suite spa room!
