I had a comfortable stay.
I like it, I'm a regular~.~ The owner is kind.

I normally don't leave reviews, but this was so unpleasant I have to write one. To get to the point: the older woman owner should not be at the front desk. I think I came 5–6 times recently because they gave longer daytime stays, and even before that, when that woman was there she always felt off and unfriendly like others have said in their reviews. I ignored it because the younger son who runs the place is kind. But today, when I went to check in at 10 as usual, the woman said that the cleaning staff start at 10 and the room wasn't ready yet, so I should wait, and that her son must have opened the 10:00 reservation by mistake. That makes no sense; I've never had that problem when checking in at 10 recently. Even if it was their mistake, shouldn't she have apologized first and asked for my understanding? She didn't apologize once, even though I had been there yesterday, and instead acted like "Why did you arrive exactly on time?" which felt accusatory. I sighed out of frustration and she immediately handed me the key. When I went up the room was already cleaned long before—were they just joking around? I don't think I'll come back because of that woman owner. There are a lot of reviews complaining about her rudeness, and they should definitely train her better or stop having her work the front desk.
I normally don't leave reviews, but this was so unpleasant I have to write one. To get to the point: the older woman who runs the place should not be at the front desk. I think I've come 5–6 times recently because they gave longer daytime stays. Even before, whenever that older woman was there, I felt something off and she was unfriendly like other reviewers said, but the younger son who manages the place was kind, so I didn't pay much attention. But today, as usual I arrived for a 10:00 check-in, and the older woman said that a cleaning staff member starts at 10:00 but the room wasn't ready yet and I should wait, and that her son must have mistakenly opened the 10:00 reservation. That made no sense — I've never had that happen when checking in at 10:00 recently. Even if that were true, shouldn't the first thing be to apologize and ask for my understanding if it was their mistake? She didn't apologize even once, she just said things like "Didn't you come yesterday too? Wait more," and gave no sign of remorse. It felt like she was blaming me for arriving exactly on time. I sighed in annoyance, and only then did she give me the key. When I went up, the room was already cleaned — it felt like she was playing games. I don't think I'll come back because of that woman. I saw many reviews mentioning her rudeness; clearly she needs training or should not be assigned to work the front desk.
I usually don't leave reviews, but I was so upset I had to write one. To get to the point, the older woman who runs the place should not be at the front desk. I think I came here 5 or 6 times recently because they gave long daytime stays. Even before, whenever that ajumma owner was around I felt something off and she was unfriendly like in other reviews, but the younger son who runs it was kind so I didn't pay much attention. But today, as usual I came to check in for the 10:00 daytime stay, and the ajumma told me a cleaning staff member starts at 10:00 and the room wasn't ready yet and to wait longer. She said her son must have opened the 10:00 reservation by mistake. That makes no sense — I've never had this happen when checking in at 10:00 recently. Even if that were true, shouldn't she first apologize and ask for understanding if it was their mistake? She asked if I hadn't come yesterday and told me to wait longer, but she never once apologized or even showed that kind of attitude. Instead it felt like she was blaming me for arriving exactly on time. Then I sighed in annoyance and she immediately handed me the key. When I went up the cleaning was already done long ago. Was she kidding? I don't think I'll come back because of that ajumma owner. From other reviews it seems many people have complained about her rudeness. She definitely needs training or should not be scheduled to work at the front desk.
I normally don't leave reviews, but this was so unpleasant I have to write one. To get to the point, the middle-aged female owner should not be at the front desk. I recently stayed several times because they gave long daytime stays, about 5–6 times, and even before that whenever that woman was there she felt standoffish and unfriendly like other reviewers said, but the younger son who runs the place was kind so I didn't pay much attention. But today, as usual I arrived for a 10:00 check-in and the woman owner said that the cleaning staff start at 10:00 and the room wasn't ready, so I had to wait; she said her son must have mistakenly opened the 10:00 reservation. That made no sense because I've never had this problem with 10:00 check-ins recently. Even if that were true, shouldn't she have first apologized and asked for my understanding for the mistake? She didn't apologize even once, and instead asked if I hadn't come yesterday and told me to wait longer, giving an attitude like "why did you arrive exactly on time?" which felt accusatory. When I got annoyed and sighed, she immediately handed me the key. Upstairs, the room was already cleaned long before—was she joking? Because of that woman owner, I probably won't come back. From other reviews I see many people have complained about her rudeness; they should definitely train her or not have her work the front desk.
