There was a leak in the room and the staff were unfriendly.
The hot spring bath is nice The hot pool is so hot that nobody can get in That's a problem until you leave~
The condition of the lodging and sauna really seems unacceptable They only remodeled the surface to look fancy; appearance and substance are different. It looks very different from the photos, and the cleaning is the same...
Nice I had a good rest and am leaving.
Compared to the front desk or the exterior, the accommodation's condition is a bit lacking But I enjoyed my stay comfortably~^^
From reviews it seemed hit-or-miss, but I was the miss. Room 323. It was a standard twin. 1. Poor cleaning Honestly, I'm not a neat freak either, so I can overlook aged facilities and a bit of mold in the bathroom. The bedding was fine, but it was the first time I stayed in a room where soap scum and stains were just left in the bathroom. Also, the faucet at the sink was so dirty I did not want to touch it — but when I did, a double-eyelid tape I don't even use was stuck to my hand. Moreover (see photos), I don't understand why that strange mat behind the toilet was rolled up and shoved there. When we opened the closet, my companion thought it was a storage room. Instead of putting unused bedding away in the linen room or literally in a storage area, they just rolled it up and shoved it on the closet floor. I wonder whether the closet is for guests or for storage. 2. Unfriendly hotel staff As someone who also works in service, I understand the difficulties, so I can overlook rudeness to an extent, but here it was bad enough to ruin a pleasant trip. There was a middle-aged man at the front desk whose manner made me feel like I was the customer being served by him; he was very overbearing and spoke in a commanding tone. At checkout, I handed him my card and he didn't even look at me — just told me to leave it there. It seems the other staff were kind, so I think this was just that one person. Separately, another guest mentioned that food they bought at a convenience store was past its expiration date, and the man ordered, “Wait a moment,” and then, when another staff member came, shouted loudly, “The date is past!” Other guests glanced over as he did this. Although the place is small like a neighborhood bathhouse, the hot spring water was nice. The person working in the sauna wasn't particularly soft-spoken but was attentive and kind. I'm someone who usually doesn't bother writing reviews, but I booked this for my dear friends, so I felt too sorry and upset for them and wrote this at length.

The accommodation was clean and the bathroom was large and pleasant. There was a massage chair in the room, so it was great for relieving fatigue.
It feels old. However, if you are looking for good value, this is a relatively decent place to stay. The hot spring can be used only after check-in and before check-out, so be sure to check the operating hours.
The room was tidy, and the deluxe type had a massage chair, which was nice.
The staff were friendly and attentive.
