Rates are based on 2 guests per room; absolutely no additional guests are permitted beyond the initial 2 guests (no one other than the initial 2 guests may use the room).

If additional guests are found without prior notification, a fine will be imposed, and you will be required to check out immediately without a refund.

Minors are not permitted.(If a physical ID is requested and you fail to present one or refuse to do so, entry will be denied, and the reservation will be canceled with no refund.)

If you have not checked in by 6:00 AM, your reservation will be treated as a no-show.

- Chargers can be rented at the front desk by leaving one of the following as collateral: ID, credit card, or cash. Please return the charger upon check-out to retrieve your collateral.

Only one vehicle per room is permitted (when the lot is full, a “Parking Reservation Unavailable” message will appear on the platform, and reservations will no longer be possible).

If the lot is full, please use a nearby paid parking lot.

Due to limited parking space, guests arriving by car must select “Car” as their arrival method when making a reservation.

Please note that parking is not available if you book as a “Walk-in” guest.

Please note that a penalty will be charged if you arrive on foot after booking a “vehicle” reservation due to a change of plans.

Additional fees apply for early check-in and late check-out.

Early check-in and extended stays are available in one-hour increments. Additional fees are 15,000 KRW for Standard Rooms, 20,000 KRW for Semi-Deluxe Rooms, and 25,000 KRW for Deluxe Rooms, payable in advance.

(Additional fees are subject to change based on hotel circumstances, weekends, and public holidays.)

Additionally, hourly room rentals are available for Standard Rooms (40,000 KRW), Semi-Deluxe Rooms and Terrace Rooms (50,000 KRW), and Deluxe Rooms (60,000 KRW).

After the scheduled usage time ends, you must decide whether to extend your stay or rent the room by the hour and pay in advance.

Please note that if you cause a disturbance to other guests during late-night hours, you will be required to check out immediately without a refund. We appreciate your understanding.

Waltz Hotel is a smoke-free facility; smoking will result in a fine of 100,000 won.

Chargers and wine openers (upon leaving a deposit or ID) are available for free rental at the front desk.

Lost items are held for one week from the date they are found and will be disposed of thereafter.
