I'm very disappointed that at 80,000 won on a weekday the quality is like this. The only advantage is that it's on a corner. The air conditioner is full of dust, the outlet is left open in a bathroom where water splashes, there is limescale in the sink, and the toilet seat cover does not fit the toilet... Seriously, the only thing is that it's on a corner, so I recommend a different accommodation.

So-so. Exactly what you'd expect for the price, nothing more, nothing less.

Room 305 is basically like sleeping in a tent outside!⛺️ Motorcycle mufflers go vroom vroom~~ I was knocked out by the noise😱 The reviews were good so I booked just to sleep, but we really stayed up all night; my husband was hot and it was so noisy we couldn't sleep, so we ended up sitting in the parked car all night haha The floor is low so you can hear what's happening outside in real time! Usually I can sleep easily even if the TV is loud as soon as my head hits the pillow, but this place is just too much.. haha The stress was awful.. Don’t just apologize saying guests won’t come back after one night; you should replace the window frames or do some real soundproofing. I gently urge the owner to actually spend a night here to see. This isn’t even an entertainment district... unless someone is completely passed out drunk, it’s bright and loud and impossible to sleep. This is the worst place to stay..ㅠㅠ Pros: you can walk to Seokchon Lake, it was convenient for our next-day route, and there is parking.. Cons: the noise is no joke.. some noise is okay, but if you have something important the next day I do not recommend it. If you just want to drink and grab a nap, it might be fine. Also, the air conditioner didn’t work and it was hot; the indoor temperature was over 26°C Our 10-month-old baby was sweating buckets, and opening the door just made it noisier—overall the worst. We paid the same price as elsewhere but avoid Room 305!!! The layout has the toilet, shower, and sink all separate. We drove six hours to get here ㅠㅠ I was extremely disappointed..! I will never forget this stay…
