Better condition and more pleasant than I expected, but the soundproofing is definitely poor. It's a bit noisy in the morning.
I stayed because I had to head to the airport at dawn the next day. I was going with a friend, but we booked a 4-person room to have more space. Overall satisfaction was excellent. It was quiet, and the bedding was very clean and comfortable. Unseo Station is right in front, so transportation was convenient, and I would use it again.

It's close to the station and the airport. The shower head is high. Although it's a non-smoking room, there was a bit of a musty smell.
Room keys were issued by kiosk, which respected privacy; the front desk staff were friendly. It was clean and the park/green view was nice.
The location was excellent and the accommodation was very clean!
