The bedding was really bad.
I stayed several nights. The air conditioning didn't work properly on the first day, so they moved me to another room the next day. The apartment side is much quieter than the main road, though the view feels a bit closed in, so choose based on your preference. For free breakfast, it was pretty good.
For the price, the breakfast was good and the room condition was not bad. The staff were also friendly.
The bedding was comfortable so I slept well, and thanks to the provided breakfast I could leave feeling full. One downside is that the toilet water pressure is weak, so it flushes slowly. When I told the front desk staff, they said they were aware of it, so it seems like an improvement is needed.
It was nice because I could rest deeply.

I was on the 11th floor and had a fairly clean and comfortable stay! Netflix worked well, it was quiet, the view was nice, and the air conditioning is cool.
Booked because it was good value. The staff were friendly and the lobby and rooms were tidy. The electric kettle was dirty as expected, so I used the water purifier in the lobby, and the breakfast was, as reviews said, very basic: cereal~ bread~ soup~ rice. Other than the mushy rice, it was okay. I was disappointed there was no bidet.
