It was clean, had no odor, and I liked it!
For the price, the room condition was good and the staff were friendly.

There was a yellow stain on the pillow and limescale on the shower head. Water was coming from the air conditioner, and there were yellow water-leak stains and mold on the ceiling. There is a club on the second floor and a karaoke room directly below, so the sound of music kept playing. When I asked to change rooms, they just said that most guests understand and told me to endure it.
The air conditioner might be a bit weak in mid-summer.

The room was spacious and nice.
The owner is kind and nice. There is a slightly old smell, but it is not bothersome.
Starias and large RVs cannot be parked.
