The standard occupancy for all rooms is two people; an additional fee of 20,000 won applies for each additional guest.

Even in special rooms with a maximum occupancy of more than two people, mixed-gender groups of three or more are not permitted unless they are a family unit.

Please note that this partner property is a smoke-free building; if you are caught smoking indoors, you may be charged a fine in accordance with Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act, as well as additional costs related to deodorization.

Compensation may be required in the event of excessive damage to linens, wallpaper, or furniture. The use of tape for events, as well as fire hazards such as fireworks and pyrotechnics, is strictly prohibited; guests may be held liable for compensation in the event of damage or fire resulting from such use.

Rooms may not be used for purposes other than lodging; please inquire in advance if you plan to film for commercial purposes.

Room rates are based on double occupancy; for rooms that can accommodate more than two guests, an additional charge of 20,000 won per person per night applies.

Please note that an additional fee of 50,000 won applies for each consecutive night stayed on weekends and public holidays.

Pursuant to Article 153 of the Commercial Act, cash, other valuables, and valuables left inside vehicles must, as a general rule, be deposited at the front desk; the partner establishment assumes no liability for cash or other valuables not deposited at the front desk.

When leaving the hotel after check-in, please leave your key card at the front desk whenever possible; you may be charged a fee if the key card is lost.

Excessive noise caused by drinking, loud shouting, or similar behavior may result in immediate eviction, and no refunds will be issued.

Damage to or theft of guest room property may result in criminal prosecution, depending on the circumstances.

OTT services such as Netflix are available for free only on your own account.

The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in your room are reusable and available for free.

Parking is limited to one vehicle per room.

Since parking is not available for walk-in reservations, please be sure to select “Vehicle Reservation” on the booking screen.

If the lot is full, please check and use the public parking lot near the partner location.

Parking may be restricted due to limited space depending on the vehicle type. For SUVs, luxury sedans, imported cars, or vehicles with high or low ground clearance, please check with the partner location in advance to confirm parking availability.

2. No personal belongings or food allowed: To prevent damage to items or the risk of fire due to high temperatures, please leave your personal belongings outside the facility. To maintain a pleasant environment, please refrain from bringing food into the facility.

3. Liability for Violating Safety Rules: If a fire or damage to the facility occurs due to a violation of these rules or negligence, you may be liable for damages under Article 750 of the Civil Code and may face criminal liability (for arson) in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. These measures are in place for everyone’s safety, so we ask for your full cooperation.
