The water was good and the staff were friendly, and above all the bed was a king size and very spacious, which I liked. However, there was body hair, blood stains, and other stains on the bed cover, the sink was clogged and did not drain until checkout, and the toilet was so dirty it was unpleasant to photograph. There was only one small pillow and only one drink, which is not a big deal by itself, but it made me suspect they did not properly clean or inspect the room after the previous guest checked out, so I spent the day feeling uneasy. They should pay a bit more attention to these details.

It was the cheapest nearby and the room is really big~ The building is a bit old, but the facilities are fine and the owner is very friendly~ The water seems like hot spring water, and it felt nicer than ordinary tap water.

I visit often because the bedding, room, and bathroom are all kept very clean! ☺️

The water is great so I always have a good time. Neither my child nor my husband is into baths, but they go along for me. Everyone knows how nice the Alps water is.

It feels a bit dated, but I had a good rest.

There was no mention of it at check-in, but at check-out they told me to pay an extra fee. They did not provide any items for the extra fee, so it left a bad impression. The hallway smelled old and the towels had a musty odor, so I probably will not visit again. I wish the owner had a bit more of a service mindset. It is a matter of feeling rather than the extra fee itself... I prioritized places with good reviews and visited without knowing this, so I don't think I'll come back... Also, having the water purifier only on the first floor was a bit inconvenient..
