Very clean! Highly recommend. I want to use it again.
Every accommodation has pros and cons, right? But this place is really different from the photos. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and we were a little late — only about 4:20 PM, haha. No one was at the front desk. When we called, they said the room was being inspected and they would send staff down, with no apology. They showed up twenty minutes later, lol. They were not ready to welcome guests. Then we went inside and ?????? it looked a bit different from the photos, hahahaha, I was shocked. The stairs to the bedroom are a bit dangerous, so watch small children; it feels like the ceiling might collapse, like what is this, lol. At first it was a shock, but as time passed we got used to it and had a good time with the kids, ate well, and rested. Some other reviewers said the water was cold and the room was chilly, but not at all — hot water worked fine and the room was warm and cozy. I really liked the third-floor bedroom; it was clean and snug… So the conclusion is, it’s worth it for a short stay rather than an overnight stay. Don’t expect it to match the photos exactly, go in with relaxed expectations. They have a hair dryer, toothbrush, shampoo, body wash, and hand sanitizer, but no kids’ toothpaste or kids’ toothbrush, so bring those. Overall, a villa with pros and cons — we had a good stay and are leaving now ~

Cleanliness... I won't say more. It's a kids' pool villa, but there are no basic items for children like toilet seat covers or step stools. It feels like they didn't even consider the kids. And it's very cold. Not great. I'll keep quiet about the rest. -_-
They said the heating was on, but there was absolutely none. It was supposed to be a kids' room, but because it was winter my child caught a cold. I recommend going in the summer. The toilet paper looked like it had been dropped into the toilet and left; it was yellow, damp, and smelled. Maybe they forgot. Toilet paper beside the toilet too... There is pink mold on the bathroom wall. Maybe they didn't check properly. It's a loft, but they blocked the fronts of the upper and lower levels with walls and just installed a cold staircase in the middle. The stairs are high so kids fell and bumped themselves. We left after playing carefully.

It's spacious and the layout is very nice. I love it.
I was happy we could make great memories, but it was very cold.
I rarely write reviews...when I do it's because something was either very good or very bad. This hotel falls into the 'not good' category. I saw some reviews saying it was cold and thought it might have been a temporary system issue...but it was very cold for us too. Everywhere else when you go inside you might feel a bit chilly but you take off your coat; here we took our coats off and then put them back on. If there's a central heating system, and you saw comments about it being cold, I think you should have started the heating earlier. The lower floor of the duplex layout was especially cold. Our family of four tried to eat something but it was so cold we stayed in our coats and ate like we were outdoors. We had just recovered from a cold and this was cold enough to get sick again. I've never been cold at Deungok Oncheon before.
There are lots of things to enjoy and you can relax in a spacious area, so I love it sooo much.
First of all, the room was extremely cold...it was bitterly cold and the heating didn't work at all, so we were shivering under a single-person electric pad and had to leave. Cleanliness was terrible and the refrigerator was dirty, which was really unpleasant.
