The room photos and the actual room are exactly the same! The room itself was warm and there was an electric heating pad, so I could stay really warm! There was a microwave and chopsticks in the corridor, so it was convenient for meals, and there were many OTT services, so I lost track of time resting on the soft bedding~ They sometimes upgraded my room, and I was so gratefulㅜㅜ I normally don't leave reviews, but the staff always move me to tearsㅠㅠㅠㅠ If you want a comfortable, clean place that feels like home, I highly recommend Luis Hotel in Gangneung!!
Every time I go, the staff always greet me warmly, so I leave feeling good~!! Parking is convenient and it is close to downtown, so it is very handy! The rooms are non-smoking so they are clean, and they even give you water when you check out! This place always impresses meㅠㅠ Thank you :)

I chose this place because of many reviews, but the OTT streaming kept cutting out and the room condition was not very clean. The room had no window so that was a bit off, and eventually they changed my room due to a problem with the OTT computer; the room they gave me was okay.
