Ulsan Yeongnam Alps Luxury Hotel

This is a luxury-concept MT. It is clean and I was impressed by the owner's sense. I book here every time I go to the Yeongnam Alps. The water is good, and I had a warm, restful stay.

I found some strange issues. It was clean and I sometimes used the day-use room because I liked it, but this time I had to book an overnight stay in a hurry and it was terrible. When I used the day-use room before I paid in cash, but for an overnight stay I paid by card—could that be why?? The bidet was broken, so I mentioned it and they said several others were broken too and asked if I could just use it anyway. I said that would be a problem, and they moved me to another room. But the cleaning condition was a mess. My wife could not sleep because it was unclean. The bidet broke again after a few uses. It was really dirty, the staff were unfriendly, and I felt bad about it. I hope Yanolja does a thorough verification of accommodations like this.

Friendly and clean, I liked it.

Clean and the massage chair is great.

The accommodation was clean and warm, but only adult channels played and the TV did not work, which was very inconvenient.

The air is fresh and the water is good. The room is spacious.
