1. Asked for ID (seems like excessive collection of personal information. Other hotels only confirm the name at check-in) 2. Required a credit card guarantee (treating customers like thieves...) They say it's their policy, but they still operate with such practices... I felt offended and will not return. They have no intention of changing their policy.
