This is the place I always stay when I go to Taebaek. It is not luxurious, but it is a very good accommodation for a family of three.

Amenities were well provided, there was no odor, and I rested well at a reasonable price. However, since it is near the mountain, there are many mosquitoes—be careful!

Grand opening in April 2017. Ramada, part of the global hotel group Wyndham, and Taebaek, a representative highland city in Gangwon-do, South Korea, have come together. Experience a new Ramada amidst pristine nature, different from urban business hotels. Ramada Taebaek Hotel & Resort is the first Ramada in Korea to adopt a resort concept and name, allowing guests to more comfortably enjoy Gangwon-do's outstanding nature. It is 3 hours from Seoul, and close to major tourist attractions such as Taebaeksan National Park, Jeongseon, Yeongwol, and Samcheok.
