I visited on a business trip, and overall this stay left a lot to be desired. First, it was my first time at a motel without a chair in the room, so it was very inconvenient when I wanted to sit and relax or organize my luggage. I confirmed at booking that breakfast would be provided, but when I arrived I was told there was no breakfast service, which was baffling. The room lighting was generally too dim and felt oppressive, and the bathtub in the bathroom looked old and poorly maintained, making me reluctant to use it for hygiene reasons. I came with expectations, but the listed services were different, and the room facilities and overall maintenance were unsatisfactory in many ways, so I have no intention of returning. They need to correct the service information and improve the facilities.
