The front desk is open from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. From 11:00 PM to 10:00 AM, assistance is provided remotely by the Central Control Room; please contact your accommodation with any inquiries.

If you require assistance or have any requests, please make your inquiries during operating hours whenever possible.

Please check in at the front desk on the 1st floor of the Main Building (including the Annex).

Please review the occupancy guidelines for each room; additional fees may apply depending on these guidelines.

Rates are subject to change during peak seasons, on specific dates, and on public holidays (including the day before).

We verify identification upon check-in, and minors are not permitted to stay.

Anti-theft systems are installed on hotel furnishings.

Damage or vandalism—such as the use of candles, dyeing, or throwing objects—will be reported and subject to compensation.

You may be assigned a room of the same type but different from the one shown in the photo.

Please strictly observe check-in and check-out times to allow for room maintenance (cleaning).

Please leave your key card at the front desk whenever possible, as there is a risk of loss when you are out.

Unclaimed lost items will be held for up to 4 weeks before being disposed of.
