We never reuse any bedding.
We provide only freshly changed bedding to every guest.
We do not wash bedding in-house; we use only bedding and towels that have been delivered in sealed packaging
after completing a three-step process of washing, sterilization, and inspection.
We conduct regular professional disinfection.
Through a professional pest control company, we conduct regular disinfection at least once a month—and at least twice a month during peak seasons—covering the interior and exterior of the building, as well as hard-to-reach areas such as drains.
However, some signs of wear or certain stubborn stains may remain despite repeated laundering.
If you are dissatisfied, please contact the front desk, and we will immediately replace the item with a new one.
We will never provide or share your personal information with any individual or organization
unless required by lawful procedures, such as a search and seizure warrant.

Hmm, tidy and the location wasn't that far from the university (Gye-dae), so it was good.
There were signs of bedding use (day-use) and the cleanliness was poor, and the room was small so it felt cramped.
I always choose it because it's clean when guests arrive.
I booked this place for my first trip to Daegu with my mom. Heh It was cleaner than I expected, the breakfast was okay, and the female owner was kind, so I really liked it. But the noise at night is terrible, sob. From about 11 PM until around 2 AM there were loud sounds from upstairs like screeching, thuds, and grinding as if construction were going on… It was so loud I thought the ceiling was going to collapse and it was scary. When I called the desk they told me it seemed to be caused by a styler being used upstairs, and since that room does not answer the room phone and it was late they could not go up to check, so there was nothing they could do to stop it. Even if it was someone upstairs's fault, just explaining it like that would have been fine, but saying that everyone who comes here is a company worker wearing suits didn’t help my sleep disturbance at all. Whether other guests wear suits or what their jobs are, it’s not something I should have to accept or understand just because I paid the same price. Anyway, I slept very poorly. They said other guests had complained a few times, but it’s really disappointing that no measures had been taken yet, sob sob. It would be good if they informed guests at check-in or posted a visible notice in the elevator saying, “Styler noise can be heard loudly below. Styler use prohibited after 11 PM.” That might at least help solve the problem a little. But other than that it was nice, so if I go to Daegu again I think I would stay here. The owner apologized and said over the room phone that they would upgrade our room next time we visit, but since my family home is far from Daegu I’m not sure if we’ll return. If we do go again though, please take care of us then, haha, sob sob sob
