I will write only about what I actually experienced today. I had a day-use reservation from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, but at 10:53 AM the owner called and said that because of the National Sports Festival there was someone who had booked earlier and asked if I would cancel or check out two hours early. I told him no because I had reserved through proper procedures, but he raised his voice and said he had stayed up late and failed to check earlier. In the end I used the room for the reserved time, but I reported the incident to NOL as well. When I visited again later, the owner said I could use the room for the reserved time but asked why I had called. The room condition was acceptable, but when I turned on the main lights they flickered and some bulbs would not light. I could not hear the room phone ring. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. Owner, if you have double-booked or cannot honor the room because of overnight guests, you should block the room in the app in advance. It was almost an hour past check-in when you called to say the room might not be available; saying you stayed up late and did not check is not an excuse. You said you would ask the other overnight guests for their understanding, but what did those people do wrong? Please manage these issues better.

As always, The cleanliness is on par with a 5-star hotel! I am always grateful to the staff!
