This type is assigned randomly, but the standard walk-in customer-only type (which does not include parking) is prioritized. If you bring a car, an additional fee of 10,000 KRW will be charged.

This product is for single-night stays only and does not allow consecutive nights. Even if you book for consecutive nights, you must check in and out every day. (However, multi-night application is only available if the rate is the same as the weekday multi-night rate.)

Smoking will incur a CESCO virus care cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW.

All room types are assigned randomly, and the standard occupancy for one room is 2 people.

For additional guests beyond the standard occupancy, please inquire with the hotel as availability and extra charges vary by room.

Additional guest charges are 30,000 KRW per person for basic rooms and 50,000 KRW per person for Royal Suite types.

Please contact the hotel for additional guests as there are occupancy limits.

Parking is available in front of the hotel or in nearby external parking areas. If a commercial vehicle or transfer parking is required at the discretion of staff, but there is no key other than a phone key to leave, parking is not possible.

For walk-in customer-only types, if you bring a car, parking is not possible, or a paid parking fee or the difference from a parking-available room will be charged.

For other car-available rooms, only one car per room can be parked, and early parking before check-in time is not allowed. (Early check-in fee will be charged for pre-parking)

Unauthorized parking will incur an immediate 30,000 KRW fine, and continuous parking will incur an additional 100,000 KRW daily parking fee.

Please park directly in the parking lines for self-parking and leave your car key at the front desk when checking in. Car keys are stored in the front desk basket.

Guests can self-check-in/check-out 24 hours a day via kiosk. (Front desk break time 4:00 AM – 7:00 AM, please contact only in emergencies!)

Keys returned to the key return box in the elevator will be collected en masse and processed for check-out.

Amenity sets can be purchased from the amenity vending machine next to the water purifier on the 1st floor. (2,000 KRW, card payment only!)

Minors cannot check in or stay without being accompanied by a legal guardian. (If accompaniment is unavoidable, please inquire with the hotel about required documents.)

All rooms do not have PCs, and Standard types may not have some items like bathrobes.

For Standard type day use, bathrobes are provided for a fee (2,000 KRW each), and for overnight stays, please request them at the front desk.

The use and bringing in of flammable and dangerous substances such as candles and fireworks are prohibited.

Please be careful as compensation for damages will be charged if facilities are contaminated or damaged. (Especially, room damage such as attaching stickers for celebrations is also prohibited.)

Please keep your valuables with you, as our hotel is not responsible for lost valuables.

In cases of forced eviction (e.g., violation of hotel rules, complaints, or disputes arising from rule violations), no refund will be processed.

Hotel rules: Compliance with hotel usage guide, prohibition of gambling/loud noise, no co-ed stays for minors.

These strict regulations are applied without exception and are judged based on social norms regarding the use of our hotel.

Guests are responsible for damages if contamination or damage occurs in the room.

Over-occupancy beyond the maximum capacity not agreed upon with the hotel is restricted, so please inquire with the hotel in advance.

Complaints such as loud noise may result in forced eviction, and no refund will be processed in such cases.

An additional charge of 30,000 KRW per hour will be incurred for extended hours or early check-in.

If excessive trash beyond normal room usage etiquette occurs after using the room, a cleaning tip of approximately 50,000 KRW will be charged.

Karaoke machine usage hours and precautions: Karaoke TV monitor, TJ Media반주기 (accompaniment machine), amplifier, microphone, and speakers all replaced! (New song update: December 2024)

Due to noise complaints, the power will automatically cut off around 23:00. Please refrain from loud singing to avoid disadvantages such as eviction measures, and adhere to the usage hours (14:00 – 22:00).

If complaints arise due to non-adherence to karaoke machine usage hours, forced eviction will be implemented.

Two of the suite rooms at our Yuwon Hotel are equipped with traditional Japanese hinoki bathtubs from Kiso-san (near Osaka) and a CESCO phytoncide virus care system.

No bath additives or soap of any kind may be used. Only cold and hot water can be used, exactly as per the instructions for Japanese hinoki tubs. (According to the hinoki maintenance manual, when we clean the rooms, we also lightly wipe them with alcohol and immediately rinse them with lukewarm water.) If alcoholic beverages like wine are spilled and contaminate the hinoki tub, a real cleaning fee of several million won will be charged. Our Yuwon Hotel is a non-smoking building in accordance with the National Health Promotion Act, and all rooms are non-smoking. A CESCO virus care system is in place. If a guest violates this and smokes, a fine will be imposed along with a penalty of 200,000 KRW. Please be mindful when using the tub so that the next guest can also enjoy the phytoncides of the traditional Japanese hinoki. Thank you.

Upon check-in or during your stay, you must actively cooperate with front desk staff requests to present your ID or passport. Also, regarding regulations for minors, inquiries with the National Police Agency and police stations have confirmed that mobile IDs cannot yet replace physical IDs. Only original resident registration cards, driver's licenses, or passports are accepted. (Certification alternatives such as Kakao or Naver are strictly not allowed – according to responses from the National Police Agency and the jurisdiction's Seocho Police Station, even mobile IDs are not acceptable.)

Please note that this is to comply with relevant laws and actively participate in youth protection. (Cancellations or refunds due to this reason are strictly not allowed, and in case of disputes arising from this reason, guests will be asked to vacate immediately.)
