Cancellations on the day of check-in are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued (100% cancellation fee applies).

50% refund if canceled by 5:00 PM one day prior to check-in (50% cancellation fee applies).

80% refund if canceled by 5:00 PM two days before check-in (20% cancellation fee applies)

100% refund if canceled by 5:00 PM three days before check-in (no cancellation fee; free cancellation)

In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.

Room assignments at check-in do not guarantee a specific room or bed type.

If the booker and the guest are different, please provide the exact real name. (Reservations cannot be processed if a real name is not provided.)

Bringing in Chinese cuisine, sashimi, or dishes with red broth is prohibited (as they may stain the room).

Ice is not provided.

Children may stay when accompanied by a parent (limited to rooms that allow additional guests).

Minors are not permitted to stay without a guardian.

Minors are permitted to enter the accommodation facility; however, in accordance with Article 30, Paragraph 8 of the Youth Protection Act, mixed-gender accommodation is not permitted. Refunds for denied stays will be processed in accordance with each property’s cancellation policy.

If you bring in items on the prohibited list without prior authorization from the hotel, you will be forcibly evicted without a refund. In particular, in accordance with the hotel’s accommodation regulations, you will be held fully liable for all restoration costs and corresponding losses of business resulting from damage to fixtures installed or provided inside or outside the guest room, damage to ceilings or wallpaper, soot stains, or damage caused by tape application.

All areas within the hotel are non-smoking. (Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor smoking areas.) If you smoke in your room, a penalty equal to three times the regular room rate will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee at check-in. (Calculated as the standard room rate × 3 days at the unsold rate, including 3 days of ventilation and other costs for curtain and special maintenance.)

Prohibited Items for Bringing into the Party (various types of balloons, party candles, regular candles, double-sided tape, etc.)

Flammable substances such as gas, petroleum products, and candles; open flames and electric heating appliances for heating or cooking; electric blankets; desktop PCs, etc., are prohibited.

No animals (including dogs, cats, and birds) are permitted in guest rooms (If discovered, you will be required to leave immediately without a refund, and a special cleaning fee for contamination will be charged.)

Any other items that may cause harm to the hotel or other guests (must be reported in advance if brought in)

Free parking for guests (parking tower, capacity for up to 60 vehicles / 1 vehicle per room)

For additional vehicles, a surcharge of 20,000 won per vehicle applies on weekdays and 30,000 won on weekends and public holidays (Fri, Sat, Sun).

General Lost and Found (Found Items) 1 Month

Food and beverages are disposed of on the same day due to spoilage.

Items that have not been claimed after the standard retention period has elapsed will be disposed of after being held for 1 month.

Breakfast (Buffet): 7:00 AM–9:00 AM (Mon–Fri) / 7:00 AM–9:30 AM (Sat, Sun, and holidays)

Breakfast Price (including tax): Free for children under 36 months; 10,000 KRW for children aged 36 months to preschool age; 15,000 KRW for elementary school students and older (discounted rate for hotel guests / regular price 18,000 KRW)

If fewer than 15 guests are having breakfast, an à la carte American Breakfast will be served.

Standard American Breakfast includes: toast, eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, juice, milk, coffee, and tea

Lunch (All-You-Can-Eat Buffet): Mon–Fri 11:30 AM–2:00 PM (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)

Lunch Price (All-You-Can-Eat Buffet): Adults (ages 8 and up) 24,900 won per person / Children (35 months to 7 years old, preschoolers) 10,000 KRW per person
