It was clean and nice, but the parking is very inconvenient. I parked in the spot designated by the owner, and when I left in the morning I hit a protruding part under the parking lot entrance wall; my car was dented and the repair estimate is KRW 1,000,000.

It was my first time in Mokpo so I worried a lot before going, but parking was convenient and it was easy to get to the restaurants near Gatbawi, so I liked that. The staff were friendly and I slept comfortably. I wanted to ask where the bedding was from ~ The bathroom was spacious even without a bathtub, which was nice. However, the smell of bleach was strong so the first day was tough. A staff member said they would change the room if it was bad, but it seemed okay so I stayed. When I closed the door the smell came back. They kindly gave me an air freshener, and I took another one to put in the room, and after sleeping it was less noticeable. Even for consecutive nights they cleaned the room right away ~ There was coffee and ice so I could drink comfortably. The room is more spacious than other places so it was easy to move around. If I visit again I plan to stay here — had a great time! ^^

Hello, I'm Kim Min-guk, CEO of Mokpo Lium Hotel. Following in my parents' footsteps, it's already been 7 years since I entered the accommodation business, and I'm now in my mid-30s. I've incorporated all the inconveniences and good memories I experienced personally while traveling for business and leisure into Lium Hotel. 'How can I make them sleep more comfortably?' We promise impeccable cleanliness. # Facilities: All room blackout curtains replaced by March 2026 - For the quality of your sleep, all curtains have been replaced with cozy pink-toned beige blackout curtains. Sleep soundly without light pollution. # Sincerity: Adhering to the most reasonable pricing policy - 'Guests leaving satisfied' is our top priority. ★Electric vehicle charging will not be available from July 2025★

The current electric vehicle charging station is unavailable due to power outages caused by continuous electricity bill non-payment by the charging station management and operating company.

We will resolve this as soon as possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

☆Basic Regulations☆

All rooms are non-smoking.

Pets are absolutely not allowed.

Co-ed stay of 3 or more unrelated individuals is prohibited (excluding families).

Please be advised that the standard occupancy upon check-in is 2 people (may vary by room), and for additional guests, an extra fee of 10,000 KRW per person will be charged at the accommodation (excluding infants under 5 years old).

Day use is basically 3 hours, and for exceeding this, an additional fee of 10,000 KRW per hour will be applied.

Regardless of check-in time, check-out time is until noon (12:00 PM), and an additional fee will be applied for exceeding this time.

If you wish to extend your usage time, please contact the front desk (extension 1).

Minors are strictly prohibited from entering (unless accompanied by a guardian).

Rooms are assigned at check-in and may differ from the images above.

Rates may vary during peak seasons, specific dates, and holidays (including the day before).
