I booked to attend a BEXCO event, and other than having to take a slight detour, the location is good. The bed is very soft but good for the price, and the bathroom is spacious and clean. The water pressure is strong and nice. When checking out you have to dispose of trash and recyclables yourself, like at a resort. I recommend this as a budget-friendly place near BEXCO.
