The parking lot is very limited. If the parking lot is displayed as full when you make a reservation, we cannot provide parking. We assess based on who made the reservation first, not who checks in first, and set the parking status to full accordingly, so please be sure to check to avoid inconvenience upon arrival. (Recently, despite the pop-up notification during reservation, some guests claim they didn't see it and visit by designated driver, send the driver away, and insist on parking no matter what. In such cases, we cannot take any responsibility for accidents or damage that may occur later.)

However, if your reservation includes a car, we will definitely provide parking regardless of whether the parking lot is full. (It may appear full due to overlap with Day Use guests, but we always count parking availability.)

All rooms at Technic are calculated based on a 2-person rate, and additional charges apply for extra guests. Please be sure to check the maximum occupancy, and you cannot exceed it. If this causes reasons such as business disruption, forced eviction may occur without a refund.

Depending on the condition of the room (vomit, food waste, excessive trash, etc.) an additional special cleaning fee may be charged even after check-out, so please use the room cleanly. Cleaning fee: +30,000 KRW

In all rooms, personal items such as Bluetooth speakers and items other than the facilities provided in the room that may cause noise or disturb other guests are restricted.

Rates may vary during peak seasons, specific dates, and holidays (including the day before).

Upon check-in, identification will be checked, and minors are restricted from entering even if they are of the same gender.
