At Hotel Nine, our policy is that all rooms are for two guests per room.

Additional guests are not permitted.

Please be advised that if two guests are already staying in a room,

other guests will not be allowed to visit or check in!!

Failure to comply with hotel policy or allowing additional guests to check in without authorization will result in

no refund or immediate eviction.

Excessive drinking, disturbances, or noise may result in immediate eviction, so

please refrain from such behavior.

We may request compensation for excessive damage to linens, wallpaper, or furniture. Additionally, attaching tape for events or using fire-hazardous materials such as fireworks or pyrotechnics may result in liability claims for damages or fire-related losses.

As a general rule, all cash, other valuables, and items left in vehicles must be stored at the front desk. The hotel is not responsible for any cash or other valuables not stored at the front desk.

Coed stays are strictly prohibited under any circumstances. If discovered, no refund will be issued, and you will be required to vacate the premises immediately.

Please note that there are no extra blankets in any of the rooms. We appreciate your understanding.

At Hotel Nine, all guest rooms are equipped with individual heating systems!!

Due to limited parking space, we are unable to accommodate early parking before your scheduled check-in time.

If the parking lot is full, guests who have booked by the hour or for an overnight stay via the app but arrive by car after setting their destination as “walking” will not be able to use the parking lot.

We reserve the right to refuse entry if you refuse to present your resident ID, regardless of whether you booked via the app.

For reservation inquiries, questions regarding your stay,

or any other questions about Hotel Nine’s Uiwang Station branch,

please contact us by phone 24 hours a day.

1. If the parking lot is full, or if you arrive by car after making a reservation for hourly parking or an overnight stay that specifies walking access, you will not be able to use the parking lot.

2. Early parking before check-in time is not permitted.

3. After check-out time, an additional fee of 5,000 won per hour will be charged for overstaying. (Note: Fees vary depending on the room type.)

4. Only one vehicle per room is permitted to park.

5. Room rates are subject to change at any time based on weekdays, weekends, and specific dates.

6. All rooms are designated as non-smoking. Please note that violating this policy may result in a fine of 100,000 won or immediate eviction without a refund.

If you wish to extend your stay beyond the standard check-in or day-use hours, please decide whether you are extending your overnight stay or your day-use reservation and notify the front desk in advance. (Prepayment is required for extensions.)

Compared to other hotels, our Hotel Nine Uiwang Station branch boasts 65-inch or 75-inch UHD TVs. Additionally, all guest rooms are equipped with Disney+, YouTube, TVING, and Netflix, providing great satisfaction to couples.

We may verify identification at check-in if necessary; minors are not permitted to stay.

Social media profiles, student IDs, and photographs are not accepted.

Please be sure to bring your ID card or driver’s license.

Guests born in 2007 or later are permitted to check in.

Mixed-gender accommodations are strictly prohibited under any circumstances. If caught, refunds will not be issued, and you will be required to check out immediately.

Next to the front desk on the first floor of Hotel Nine, we’ve set up and are operating a perfume bar to help you start your day on a pleasant note and to set the mood with enchanting, alluring scents~ Additionally, to transform our previous approach of providing pre-packaged amenity kits, we’ve set up a self-service amenity station where you can select and take only the items that suit your needs and preferences. We hope you’ll take advantage of this service ^^

At Hotel Nine, for the convenience of our guests, we operate the

FREE ZONE CAFE in the first-floor parking lot. We provide cereal, milk, cup noodles, barley crackers, brewed coffee, snacks, bottled water, and a water dispenser, along with washers and dryers for business travelers. We strive to provide a satisfying and convenient experience for all guests visiting Hotel Nine. (Laundry hours: 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM) We hope you’ll take advantage of this service! ^^

At Hotel Nine, we have disposed of all bedding, linens, and towels previously used at Hotel Yam and replaced them entirely with new ones~!

Both our returning guests and those visiting Hotel Nine for the first time can rest assured and enjoy your stay!!

We conduct thorough cleaning inspections of all rooms and use professional hidden camera detectors to check for hidden cameras at least once a day. (Since this is a sensitive issue specific to lodging facilities, we check very carefully~! You can stay with us with peace of mind.)

We perform disinfection and pest control once every 15 days for all rooms.

As a general rule, all guest rooms are equipped with chargers. (These are standard chargers, not fast chargers.)

Guests who need a charger (fast charger) may borrow one from the front desk and return it upon checkout.
